Travel Learning

Right now we're on a trip to visit some family for the holidays. The travelling has been a wonderful experience for Reagan as she has been able to see some different places, and learn about some fun new things. At Grandma Marjie's house she got to see how lemons and oranges grow, and picked her own orange to eat for breakfast. It was such a special treat! Then as we drove north through California's centeral valley, she had a chance to see oil pumps, and many different crops growing. All of which she found very interested. She also thought it was lots of fun to get to see the windmills again (she remembered these from our last trip.) The fun things, and her interest in the things we were passing made the long trip go a little easier.

Now visiting in San Francisco, she's been learning some more about city living. She's also been working on shape manipulation doing some fun puzzles, and of course we had to bring along some of her regular schoolwork workbooks. lol

I will post pictures after we get back, but don't have my own computer to work with for now, so that will have to wait. :-)
